Adding or Removing Co-Teachers from a Class Notebook

Once a class Class Notebook has been created by a faculty member, they are able to add other users as co-teachers at any point. Co-teachers have the same access level as the user that originally created the Class Notebook.

Adding Teachers to a Class Notebook

  1. Ensure that you are signed in to office.com with your UConn address.

  2. Select Class Notebook, and then select Add or remove teachers in the Class Notebook Wizard.

  3. Type in the name or email of the user you would like to add as a teacher.

  4. Click Next. Click Update.

Removing Teachers from a Class Notebook

  1. Select Class Notebook, and then select Add or remove teachers in the Class Notebook Wizard.

  2. In the Existing teacher list at the bottom, click on Remove next to the teacher you would like to remove.

  3. Click Next. Click Update.
