IT Ticketing System

UConn uses Jira Service Management (JSM) for its IT ticketing system. JSM is part of the Atlassian suite and provides service request management and tracking. This ticketing system is used by IT professionals at the University. Review the articles listed below to learn how to use it. 

You do not need to use Jira Service Management (JSM) to receive ITS support. You can also create a ticket by contacting the ITS Technology Support Center by phone, email, chat, or in person.
