SYS/SEC
- When editing a role, the role member qualifiers present an edit button rather than opening up each record for editing.
- Ability to search for role members within the role edoc by NetID.
- Ability to inactivate models with members in them.
- Ability to take superuser actions right on the document if you have permission to do so.
- Edits to role and person are reflected in the edoc rather than just a re-display of the now current members.
- Ability to lock all the modules during batch processing by running the moduleLockJob. They can be unlocked using the moduleUnlockJob. KFS-SYS Operations members can still access the system. All other users get a message that the system is unavailable for maintenance.
Vendor
- New options on search screen including separation of US and Foreign Tax ID, Ability to Search by Country of Incorporation/Citizenship, or Vendor Contract Number
- New fields for 2015 changes to W-8 requirements
RICE
- Ability to notify a recipient that a note or attachment has been added to an edoc. Sends an action list request for a person to read notes on the document. Noted in the route log.
COA
- Ability for transactional documents to have a default chart code without having the field be readonly
- Responsibility Center displays on the Account based on the org
- Additional information displayed on Account Screen - (acct supervisor, acct manager), Fund Group, Reports to Org Code
- Ability to search by AS, AM, FO
- Indirect Cost Recover Account splits
- Ability to back date account expiration dates
- Current Account Balances Screen
- Ability to specify transaction line descriptions on most financial processing documents (should reduce collectors)
