Separate project plans were maintained for the functional and technical aspects of the Kuali Implementation. In addition, separate plans were also maintained for the Financial Data Mart (KFDM) and reporting.

During the course of the project, all documentation was stored in UConn's MySakai instance at rSmart. Following the close of the project, these documents were relocated to the Controller's Office network share
