~4 weeks behind schedule - ETL resource constraints and iterative test and remediate activities on DIMs.

Effort estimates adjusted (increased) to accommodate discovered anomalies and complexity - estimates doubled on most cases.

  • result is the first Fact table will not be completed until early Sep - impacts contracted support from HEBI?

UITS is picking up the tab for additional ETL contract

Steve noted that 3-4 week schedule delays will not impact HEBI's availability -

he is prepared to reschedule his support from August to September
