These instructions describe the process of picking up and dropping off a device to the Technology Support Center's Device Support team.

If you are receiving a new Apple MacBook or iMac or freshly re-imaged Apple computer, be sure to login for the first time while on campus. If you wait until you get off-campus to login for the first time, MacOS will not be able to verify your identity and create your profile.

Pickup or Drop-off Procedure

  1. You will receive a link (provided below) in your Jira ticket that asks you to schedule a time to drop off / pick up your device. This is also the location to pick up loaner laptops/iPads.

  2. At your scheduled time, go to the Technology Support Center located on Level 1 of the Homer Babbidge Library.

If you have larger items and would like someone to meet you at the library loading dock, please call (860) 486-6540 when you arrive, and someone will meet you at the loading dock.

15-Minute Short Term Parking can be found next to the Library loading dock.

Long Term Parking (Longer than 15 Minute) can be found in the South Garage.
