Students can access and complete the Student Financial Responsibility Agreement/1098T Consent in the Student Administration System.
Accessing Your SF Responsibility Agreement/1098T Consent
Failure to complete the SF Responsibility Agreement/1098T Consent will result in a hold being placed on your account. You will need to complete the agreement to remove the hold. Please click the link for more information: https://bursar.uconn.edu/sf-responsibility-agreement-faq/
Click the Action List tile on the Homepage.
Click within the SF Responsibility Agreement/1098T Electronic Consent box.
Step 1: Review the Introduction. Click Next in the upper right corner.
Step 2: Review the statement.
Click Accept.
To Print a copy, AFTER Clicking the Accept button, Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Printable Page button.
Click Next.
Step 3: 1098T Consent - Review the statement.
Click Accept or Decline
To Print a copy, AFTER Clicking the Accept button, Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Printable Page button.
Click Next.
Step 4: Complete Task. Review the statement.
Click Submit.
You will return to the Completed Agreements List and your hold is removed
