Open the ‘Filter’ tab in the top left of the Groups window
Adjust your parameters to search by a Group or Contacts within a Group as needed. Searching by Contacts will pull groups that include the given contact, but not that contact’s Individual group.
Fill in the relevant data fields with the desired data. There are no required fields, but more fields increases specificity.
Click ‘Get Data’. You will be brought to the ‘Results’ tab automatically and provided a list of results. If there are many, you may now use the search bar effectively.

Currently, our EMS Implementation does not support the creation of Groups within EMS itself. We currently create Groups with an automated process that runs each morning. We are investigating methods by which departments may create their own groups as needed.
