Faculty, staff, professional staff, and special payroll employees have a 30-day grace period. NetID will deactivate and the Office 365 account will be deleted 30-days after the employee’s end date. For example, if the end date is 6/30/22, the NetID will expire on 7/30/22.
Adjunct Faculty:
Receive Adjunct faculty receive a 365-day grace period. This is because most Adjunct adjunct instructors teach only in the Fall or only in the Spring. This allows them to retain access in-between.
