• 13 Jul 2016 Mark RFC (2598) as Functionally Approved.  Former user (Deleted)
• 13 Jul 2016 Create JIRA Task for Tag and Deploy (KPS-374).  Assign to Ben.  Richard Ritchie 
• 13 Jul 2016 Final UAT Deployment Benjamin Daniels, David Chudnow (Deactivated)
