Viewing Financial Aid

University delegates can access and view the status of a student's financial aid in the Student Administration System using the View Financial Aid tool. 

1. Navigate to the Student Administration login page. 

2. Click DELEGATE LOGIN. 

3. Enter your user ID and password. 

4. Click the Shared Info Center tile on the Homepage.

5. Click the Financial Aid tab within the listing on the far left of the page.

6. Click within the Delegate Name box to select the student whose financial aid offer you wish to view. 

7. Click Change to change the Aid Year.

8. Select the desired year based on the selection options available within the Select a Value pop-up window. 

9. To access your student's Financial Aid Offer details, toggle between the sub-tabs for both Awards & Financial Aid Summary.
