Returning a Cell Phone

If you receive a replacement or upgraded cell phone, you need to return your older cell phone to the UConn Surplus Department.
Make sure to unlock your phone so that all data on it can be deleted. If you wish to delete all of your data before sending it back, perform a factory reset.
Check with your department or unit to see if they collect these devices. If they do not, send your phone to UConn's Surplus Department. The Surplus Department uses the Asset Panda software program for
all the University’s tagged assets.
