Automation Priorities

In SurveyMonkey Apply, higher priority automations run first.

SurveyMonkey Apply can have multiple automations fire off of the same action. If you need to control the order of those automations, assign them priorities. 

  • The automations will start at the highest number and run in decreasing order.
  • If the order of some automations is irrelevant, you can give them all the same priority number. 
  • Once you give an automation a priority, make sure that all automations with the same trigger also have priorities.

To add a priority to an automation:

  1. Edit the automation
  2. Click "Show advanced settings" under the automation name.
  3. Change the priority.
