Problem: Status disappears from application

When creating a Survey Monkey Apply automation or automations that move the application to a new stage, the status disappears.

Step-by-step guide

Survey Monkey Apply statuses are specific to a stage. In other words, an application cannot have a status that does not exist in its current stage.

  1. From the workflow, create the status in any stage(s) that the application will be occupying. 
  2. In the automation, make sure that the status is set based on the correct stage.
