Mitigation Plan for Unauthorized user Commits

When reviewing fisheye activity reports on the trunks of KFS and RICE projects, in the case that it is recognized that an unauthorized user has made a commit to Subversion, follow these steps to resolve that discrepancy.
  • Revoke access of offending user using Jon Rifkin's svn admin tool
  • Reverse the commit

In the case that this is a 'shared' account like 'jira' (jenkins, fisheye, and the merge tool share this account), contact Jon in order to help investigate SVN server logs as to identify the root user.
