Follow the steps below in order to update a given group within Everbridge. Ensure that the CSV file that is to be process, adheres to the requirements outlined in in CSV File Format & Requirements document.

2 | From Dashboard, make a note of total records in Everbridge | |
3 | Hover-over "Contacts" menu at the top and then click on "Groups" sub-menu item | |
4 | Click on the Group Name from the left | |
5 | Scroll to the bottom of the page and make a note of total records in the group | |
6 | Hover-over "Contacts" menu at the top and then click on "Uploads" sub-menu item | |
7 | Click "Upload to Portal" | |
8 | Click "Upload Contacts" and locate the file to be processed | |
9 | IMPORTANT: Select "Update" option and click on "Update to portal" button | |
10 | Everbridge will show an alert box; click "OK" | |
11 | Locate the record that was processed; it should be at the top. Click on the View icon | |
12 | Verify: Loaded without error is >0 Loaded with error is 0 Not Loaded - critical error is 0 | |
13 | Go to Dashboard and make a note of total records in Everbridge | |
14 | Repeat Steps 3 – 5 | |
15 | Notify customer; you may wish to communicate the stats the way I do. My email template is given below |
