Starting at 5:00 pm on Friday, January 7, 2022, ITS will begin migrating Jira and Confluence to the Atlassian Cloud. This migration includes the ITS ticketing system (Jira) and the UConn Knowledge Base (Confluence). The process may take up to one week from the start date.
Before and during the migration, ITS will freeze the data on Confluence and Jira. Site visitors will be able to view content, but editors cannot make changes.
I will notify you when the migration is complete and provide you with the new URLs.
