Confluence Cloud Available

I'm writing to share that Confluence, including the UConn Knowledge Base (kb.uconn.edu), has been migrated successfully to the cloud.

To access Confluence Cloud, go to uconn.atlassian.net/wiki. Log in to view your personal homepage and spaces available to you by clicking the Sign In icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Then enter your university email address and click Continue. In the Single Sign On screen, enter your NetID credentials, and respond to the Duo prompt, if required.

The Knowledge Base is now a collection of spaces. To view all content included in the KB, go to kb.uconn.edu.

You can also download and install the Confluence Cloud mobile app to connect to your Confluence spaces at uconn.atlassian.net/wiki.

Atlassian Cloud Migration

Starting at 5:00 pm on Friday, January 7, 2022, ITS will begin migrating Jira and Confluence to the Atlassian Cloud. This migration includes the ITS ticketing system (Jira) and the UConn Knowledge Base (Confluence). The process may take up to one week from the start date.  

During the migration, ITS will freeze the data on Confluence and Jira. Site visitors will be able to view content, but editors cannot make changes.  

I will notify you when the migration is complete and provide you with the new URLs.
