If you can't hear others in Teams, make the correct speakers are selected in the audio settings.

  1. In the Microsoft teams client, select your icon located in the top right.

  2. Then select Settings (cogwheel).
  3. Click Devices within the settings menu.

  4. Click the drop down menu under "Speaker" and select your active speakers/headphones.
