Users can install the Webex plug-in for Outlook on Windows. This allows users to create/manage meetings from within Outlook.
Windows
Download the plugin at Webex Plug-in for Outlook on Windows.
Close Outlook and re-open the application for the changes to take effect.
Once installed, the Outlook ribbon will show the options for "Meet Now" and "Schedule Meeting." The dropdown arrow next to Schedule Meeting provides further options and the ability to set preferences.
MacOS
"Old" Outlook Interface
Navigate to the Get Add-ins button on the menu ribbon.
Use the search function to find Cisco Webex Scheduler.
Once installed, the option for Webex meetings will appear when you create a new meeting on the calendar tab.
"New" Outlook Interface
In the macOS menu bar, navigate to Tools > Get Add-ins.
Use the search function to find Cisco Webex Scheduler.
