Individuals can schedule direct meetings with UConn faculty/staff through according to the availability provided on their Bookings With Me page. To access a booking page, you will need the URL provided by the page owner.

  1. Go to the Bookings Page link provided by the faculty/staff member you wish to schedule a meeting with.

  2. Sign in or continue as guest:

    1. If you are a member of UConn, Sign in with your UConn Microsoft 365 account.

    2. If you are external to UConn, click Continue as Guest.

  3. The page owner’s meeting availability is displayed. Click on the date and time you wish to book and click Next.

  4. From the pop-up window, confirm or enter your Name and Email. Add a Note (optional)to specify the purpose of your meeting.

    1. If you are signed in as a member of UConn, click Book.

    2. If you are external to UConn, you will need to verify your email address. Check your email inbox for a verification code and enter it in the pop-up window on the bookings page. Once verified, click Schedule.

Your booking has been updated and no further confirmation is needed. Both you and the bookings page owner will receive an email message confirming the reschedule or cancellation of the meeting.
