macOS
Go to the Applications Folder folder and search for the "Self Service" app. If you do not see the Self Service app in the Applications folder, then the computer is not being managed by JAMFJamf. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact your departmental IT support.
If your device is managed by JAMF Jamf and you delete the Self Service app, it will get automatically reinstalled after the devices device's next Inventory Update.
iOS
The app should appear as one of the apps installed on the device.
Not all JAMF Jamf managed iOS devices will have the Self Service app installed on them , this depends depending on the how the iPad is configured.how they are deployed. For example, iOS devices configured as a Kiosk kiosk (locked to one app) will not have the Self Service app available on them.
