Go to the Applications
Folderfolder and search for the "Self Service" app.
If you do not see the Self Service app in the Applications folder, then the computer is not being managed by
JAMFJamf. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact your departmental IT support.
If your device is managed by
JAMFJamf and you delete the Self Service app, it will get automatically reinstalled after the
devicesdevice's next Inventory Update.
iOS
The app should appear as one of the apps installed on the device.
Not all
JAMFJamf managed iOS devices will have the Self Service app installed on them

the how the iPad is configured.how they are deployed. For example, iOS devices configured as a
Kioskkiosk (locked to one app) will not have the Self Service app available on them.
