  1. Sign into your EMS Web Portal with your Net ID and password at EMS Web Portal Sign On.

  2. Click My Events from the browse menu in the left sidebar of your EMS Homepage.

  3. Click on the name of the reservation you wish to edit.

  4. In the far left column of the reservation details, click the Edit icon.

  5. You will be redirected to the EMS reservation page that you used to initially create the reservation. Enter the details you wish to edit:

    1. Date/Time: Enter the date/time you wish to update for your reservation in the Date & Time section of the reservation page.

    2. Location: Search for a specific room, building, room type, or capacity and click the green + icon to select the space for your updated reservation. For detailed instructions on searching for available EMS spaces, visit: Request to Reserve an EMS Space or Reserve an EMS Space (UPDC only)

  6. Click Update Booking.
