  1. Follow the prompt to enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Use the temporary pin you received when you were notified that your mailbox was available.

  2. Follow the prompts to set your permanent PIN, name announcement, and greeting.

Setting Up Your PIN/Password

  1. When prompted, enter a PIN followed by #.

  2. Re-enter your PIN followed by #.

Recording Your Name Announcement

  1. When prompted, record your name.

  2. Press # to accept the recording or press 1 to change your recording.

Establishing a Greeting

You have 4 options:

  • Press 1 to record a personal greeting.

    • When prompted, record your greeting.

    • Press # to accept the recording or press 1 to change your recording.

  • Press 2 to select a system greeting that includes your name announcement.

  • Press 3 to select a system greeting that includes your telephone number.

  • Press 4 to select a system greeting that does not include your name announcement or telephone number.

You can record a message to send directly to another voicemail subscriber(s) without having to call them. If you regularly need to send messages to a number of people, you can create a group list.

  1. Press 2 from the Main Menu.

  2. When prompted, enter the 10-digit mailbox/telephone number or group list number of the recipients followed by #.

    1. Press * to cancel a number and start again.

    2. Enter the next number followed by #.

    3. Press # to finish entering numbers.

  3. Record your message followed by #.

    1. Press * at any time to restart your recording.

    2. Press 1 to listen to your message.

    3. Press ** to move up in the menu or to start over.

  4. Send your message.

    1. Press # to deliver your message immediately.

    2. Press 2 to mark your message as urgent.

      1. Urgent messages are played before non-urgent messages.

    3. Press 3 to mark your message as private.

      1. Private messages cannot be forwarded to anyone else.

    4. Press 4 to re-record your message.

    5. Press 5 to request a delivery report (a notification that your message was delivered to the recipient’s mailbox).

    6. Press 6 to request a read report (a notification that your message has been opened by the recipient).

    7. Press 7 to add or remove recipients from the message.

Greetings Menu

When you enter this menu, you will hear an announcement stating what greeting you are currently using, and whether or not you are accepting messages.

  1. Enter the 10-digit mailbox number of the mailbox you want to access (for a shared mailbox, this is the primary mailbox) followed by #.

  2. Enter your PIN followed by #.
