Login into Everbridge


 Using NetID/NetID Password login URL: 

 Break-glass login URL:

 From Dashboard, make a note of total records in Everbridge

 Hover-over "Contacts" menu at the top and then click on "Groups" sub-menu item

 Click on the Group Name from the left

 Scroll to the bottom of the page and make a note of total records in the group

Hover-over "Contacts" menu at the top and then click on "Uploads" sub-menu item

Click "Upload to Portal"

Click "Upload Contacts" and locate the file to be processed

IMPORTANT:

Select "Update" option and click on "Update to portal" button

Everbridge will show an alert box; click "OK"

Locate the record that was processed; it should be at the top. Click on the View icon

Verify:

Loaded without error is >0

Loaded with error is 0

Not Loaded - critical error is 0

Go to Dashboard and make a note of total records in Everbridge
