Open Outlook for Mac In the top left corner of the screen, navigate to Tools > Accounts…
 In the bottom left corner of the pop-up window that opens, hit the Plus button and select Open Shared Mailbox…
 Search for the shared email, and make sure you are logged in with the account that has access to the resource, then select Add
