Note: For people not on the campus or using a VPN, you may see Synchronization Log Messages as Outlook attempts to log in to the IMAP account. This is due to a problem with the firewall rules that will be fixed before the general rollout. Using the UConn VPN or opening Outlook from on campus eliminates this problem.

To view the Office 365 shared resource account inbox, you will need to exit Outlook, then open it up again. If there were any previous emails sent to this account, these emails should be visible.
