This section would only apply in cases where an existing mass mail account may be present in Outlook, or an Office 365 shared resource account may exist. If you do not have an existing mass mail account configured, please proceed to the next section.
In the Outlook client, select the mass mail account.

At the prompt to remove the account, click

The account should now be removed from the Outlook client. The process should be instant, and it may initially appear with no changes, even though the mass mail inbox is removed.
If you accidentally chose a Office365 shared resource account to be removed, Outlook will appear busy for a bit, then show the following dialog box telling you to remove the account using another method.
