Change your NetID password from the website netid.uconn.edu following the instructions on changing your NetID password.
Closeout of any active Student Admin or Bill pay tabs you have open.
Navigate to studentadmin.uconn.edu, log in with your NetID and new NetID password, and navigate back to the Bill Pay Suite.
