Your (the Host) email will contain all Event information and should not be forwarded to others.
Forward to Attendees
This is the email that you can forward to Attendees if you know their addresses. Otherwise, it is usually more practical to post the join link in a public space/listserv/webpage.
Forward to Panelists

Be sure to invite your Panelists while scheduling, or by returning to the UConn Webex website. Simply forwarding the Panelist email to a user will not add them to the Panelist (VIP) list and they will not be able join as a Panelist. However, any user may be elevated once they are in the Event. |
