Faculty, staff, and students are able to share their laptoplaptops, tablets, tablet and phone phones wirelessly in classrooms. These wireless presentation devices allow a presenter to wirelessly share content to the displays in the classroom without being bound to the podium. These presentations will are also be shareable in video calls held in VTC-enabled classrooms.

Currently, most classrooms have a WePresent source on the touch panel. Newer classrooms will have an AirServer that performs the same function. The touch panel will have one of the following buttons:.

- Tap on the classroom touch panel to wake the classroom system.
- Chose WePresent or Wireless Presentation (AirServer).
