Listserv. Before anyone can subscribe or unsubscribe from a UConn Listserv, they must first create an account.
This article is for students, faculty, and staff who want to add or remove themselves from a UConn Listserv mailing list.
Creating a Listserv Account
- Navigate to listserv.uconn.edu.
- Select Log in in In at the upper right hand corner of the page.
- Select get a new LISTSERV passwordSelect Get a New LISTSERV Password.
- Enter in your UConn email address and create a password.
- Check your UConn email, and then follow the provided link to verify your account.
To send an email to a listservListserv, you must use use [listserv name]@listserv.uconn.edu as the address.
Subscribing to a UConn Listserv
- Navigate to listserv.uconn.edu.
- Log in with your Listserv account.
- Find the Listserv you would like to subscribe to. Click on it.
- Click the Subscribe or unsubscribeUnsubscribe option.
- Click Subscribe.
Unsubscribing from a UConn Listserv

Some Listserv subscriptions are mandatory; even if you unsubscribe, you may find yourself subscribed again within the next few days. In that case, you may need to set up a filter to direct the listserv Listserv email to 'junk' or 'trash' if you don't wish to receive the emails from that listserv listJunk or Trash. |
- Navigate to listserv.uconn.edu.
- Log in with your Listserv account.
- Click "Subscriber’s Corner " on the upper left hand corner of the screen.
- Find the Listserv you wish to unsubscribe for from and select the checkbox. Then select select Unsubscribe in the drop down menu.
- Click Submit.
- The page will refresh, and you will be able to see that the Listserv is no longer listed.
