  1. Click on Tools (upper right corner). You will see Bulk change, in this example case you see ‘all 4 issue(s)’.


  2. Click ‘all 4 issue(s)’

  3. You will now choose the issues you wish for the bulk response by either clicking the top box (chooses all issues listed) OR you can choose issues based on your needs.



  4. Click Next

  5. Choose the appropriate operation. In this case we are using Transition Issues (to change the status). Depending on the status of your issues chosen and the operation you choose, the following screens will show different options.


  6. Click Next

  7. Choose the appropriate Action. In this case, we are going to Close the tickets.


  8. Click Next.

  9. In this particular transition, there are no fields on the screen, click Next.

  10. Click Confirm


  11. Once the bulk operation is completed, you will see a status screen stating the operation has completed.
