After scheduling a Webex Event, you will receive 3 emails: a confirmation email for yourself, an email to forward to Panelists, and an email to forward to Attendees. Each email will contain an .ics file which allows your email client (Outlook, Gmail) to recognize the email as a calendar event.

Webex emails will have the *Message sent from a system outside of UConn.* warning because they are sent by a Cisco email server, rather than an internal UConn server. |
Your Confirmation
Your (the Host) email will contain all Event information and should not be forwarded to others.
