Users will have access to view their own personal bill. The steps below will detail out steps on how to do this using the Service Request Tool.

To begin, select Review and/or Modify Existing Lines of Service.

Under Look Up Line Information, type in your name or phone number. Select the Lookup Line Information
button next to the search box.

In the bottom, left-hand corner of the Current Asset Information section, select the View Billing Details button.


You will be brought to the Subscriber Summary page where you will be able to see your most recent bill and a breakdown of the charges. The Total Individual Charges in the bottom, right-hand corner will show the total amount of that bill.
Additionally, you can view your call details by selecting Voice Call Details with the link in the top, right-hand corner. This will provide a breakdown of each call, such as call location origin and destination, the duration, etc.
