KIM Star Schema Project Status - as of Aug 27, 2014

General Status points 

  • Continued changes brought about by early validation efforts resulted in additional days being allocated to ETL tasks for the Authorizations DIMS.
  • As a result of requirements review by lead ETL developer. additional days were added to the remaining DIMs and fact table estimates for the  Authorizations star.  The result pushed the project schedule by another 7 days
  • Report development tasks are dependent upon completion and validation of the DIMs and Fact table as well as the creation of the WebFocus Cluster join. This is currently tracking at October 2.
  • Reasat Chowdhury will roll off the project on September 30.  Effort is underway to fill the permanent positon.
