The Student Administration system is generally available all day with the following exceptions:

  • The system may be unavailable during the system maintenance window, which, when scheduled, takes place from 5:30 a.m. until 7:30 a.m. Eastern time.

  • The system will be unavailable every Sunday – Friday from 12:01 a.m. until about 12:15 a.m. Eastern time.

  • The system will be unavailable every Friday from 11:30 p.m. until about 11:45 p.m. Eastern time.
