Saving WebFOCUS report parameters gives you the ability to open a report and run it automatically at a later time. After a set of parameters for a report are saved, you can rename, run, or delete your saved parameters, as desired.
Saving Your Parameters
- Open the report that you would like to run.
- Enter your parameters, then click Save. Your report parameter values will be saved in your My Content folder.
Running Saved Report Parameters
- Navigate to your saved report parameters.
- Right-click and select Run, or double-click the report name to execute the request. The report will display when complete.
Editing Saved Parameters
- Navigate to your saved report parameters.
- Right-click and select Edit Parameters.
Deleting Saved Parameters
- Navigate to your saved report parameters.
- Right-click and select Delete.
