This page outlines ALL communications generated by the system based on the end-user's actions. This includes the action completion message per each submit button, as well as all email communications that the system sends–in detail as to who, the subject, reply-to etc.

Action Completion MessagesSystem Generated Email Notifications

All Action Completion Messages ("ACM") shall be formatted as:

  • "Normal" font
  • 18 font size
  • Message body alignment should be
    • left-aligned if it contains bullets, else
    • center-aligned 
  • UConn HR logo is to be applied at the end of each ACM, center-aligned — not including it within each ACM, to conserve space

All email messages shall be formatted as:

  • All email communications will have BCc & Reply-To (if possible)  values set to HR Mailbox
  • Following signature is to be part of each email communication generating out of the Leap application — not including it within each message below, to conserve space
