This page outlines ALL communications generated by the system based on the end-user's actions. This includes the action completion message per each submit button, as well as all email communications that the system sends–in detail as to who, the subject, reply-to etc.

  • "Normal" font
  • 18 font size
  • Message body alignment should be
    • left-aligned if it contains bullets, else
    • center-aligned 
  • UConn HR logo is to be applied at the end of each ACM, center-aligned — not including it within each ACM, to conserve space

Thank you for submitting your request for reclassification. HR will now review the request for reclassification and either send the form to the employee or cancel the request.  Reasons for cancelling the request include: 


  • The employee has not completed their probationary period 
  • The employee has been performing the changed duties for less than two months 
  • The employee is in their first year in the current position 
  • The employee has been reclassified within the last year 


If HR sends the form to the employee, the employee will receive an email asking them to complete the Employee section of the form. Employees are expected to include a current resume and organizational chart with their responses.
