Reimages & New Machines
If you are receiving a new machine or freshly re-imaged machine, be sure to login for the first time while on campus. If you wait until you get off-campus to login for the first time, Windows may not be able to load your account. More details are provided in an included informational sheet.
Pickup or Drop-off Procedure:
- You will receive a link in your Jira ticket that asks you to schedule a time to drop off / pick up your device. This is also the location to pickup loaner laptops/iPads.

- At your scheduled time, please go to the Homer Babbidge Library North Entrance located at 369 Fairfield Way. Parking can be found in the South Garage
- The Technical Service Center Quick Support Desk is located just inside the library doors.
- If you need help finding us please call 860-486-6540 and a Support Specialist will assist you.
