NOTE:

COMPLETE means the portal is accessible by visiting the Test Portal Link (RHEL7) && be able to authenticate via CAS (i.e. Login) and see the post-login screen without any errors! (with exception of Wx, as noted in Dev Notes).

Once all five portals are COMPLETE, stepping through each portal will take place
