Logging in to the UConn Parking Portal with a NetID

UConn faculty and staff can log in to TickeTrak 10 to purchase a parking permit and/or pay or appeal a parking ticket. 

Logging In 

  1. Navigate to park.uconn.edu.

  2. Click Log in to Parking Portal.

  3. Enter your NetID and password, and then click Login. If you do not have a NetID to log in with, try guest account.

  1. On the UConn Parking Services Customer Portal landing page, click the Ticket icon to pay or appeal a ticket, or click the Permit icon to purchase a permit.
