  • Meeting today with NuPark to develop onsite visit (3/13-3/15) agenda/topics & schedule
  • Sent URL recommendation and UConn Logo/backsplash for UConn site configuration
  • Meetings scheduled to map data to load files enabling extraction of data to be converted (citation and associations to person, vehicle)
  • Initial planning (draft) in progress, will need to consolidate with NuPark activities and Parking team assigments
  • Developing Roles and Responsibilities documentation, project contact list.

  • NuPark Responsiveness (watching at the moment)

  • Data identification for NuPark (3/5-3/6)
  • Meeting with NuPark (Jessica) to develop next week’s schedule (3/5)

  • Schedule meetings with Fee Bill, SADM, Housing Director, HuskyBucks/One Card

Additional Discussion

  • Mike Mike : Concern about premature solution designing (specific to interfaces) there may be alternative ability to meet data needs.  Parking has provided data requirements and made available to ATS.  Will need to proceed with caution on not jumping to a solution.
  • Mike Mike : Clarification of roles and responsibilities - George Perron will facilitate scheduling a meeting to document and ensure clarity between functional and technical teams.
