This section assumes that you have already added Kaltura captions to your video. If not, you can do so by following the instructions here: Adding Captions to a Video in Kaltura.

To download generated captions or transcript

  1. Navigate to Kaltura.

    1. Click on Guest.

    2. Click on My Media to login.

  2. Click on the edit icon alongside the title of the video you wish to download the caption file for.

  3. CAPTIONS: Click Captions. Then click the download icon.

  4. TRANSCRIPT: Click Attachments. Then click the download icon to the right of the .txt file.
