This article is for faculty and staff looking to copy content within or across Ultra courses.

For Original Course View, refer to: Copying Individual Content Items

  1. Navigate to the Course Content Area and click on the plus sign on the left.

  2. On the dropdown that appears, click on Copy Content.

  3. Locate the course that contains the content that you would like to copy. This can be either the course in which you are currently working or any course in which you are listed as instructor. If you are having trouble locating a course, use the search bar to filter your results. Then, click on the arrow across from the name of the course to choose the specific content that you would like to copy. If you check the box next to the course instead of the arrow, you will select all of the content inside of the course.

  4. Locate the content you would like to copy and check the box next to that content. This may involve clicking arrows across from different modules or content folders listed inside the course.

  5. After you have selected all of the content you would like to copy, click Copy selected content. When the content is copied, it will appear at the bottom of the Course Content Area.

Note: Depending on the amount of content selected, it may take several minutes for everything to be copied.
