Payment Plans (Fall & Spring Only): Students may enroll in a 3, 4 or 5-month payment plan. Please note the Fall 5-month payment plan option closes July 15th, the Spring 5-month payment plan closes on December 15th and will not reopen for the semester. To avoid receiving up to $300 in late fees, please enroll in a payment plan by the fee bill due date. For more information on payment plans, please click the link below.

529, Money Orders & Check Payments: Please mail checks to the address below and be sure to include Unit 4100. The students name and 7-digit student ID must be written on the check. Please send payment 2-4 weeks before the fee bill due date to ensure receipt by the due date and to avoid receiving up to $300 in late fees.

Third Party Invoicing: If a student is expecting their tuition and fee bill to be paid directly to UConn by a third party ( i.e. employer, sponsor, state agency, etc.), the student must submit a third-party financial guarantee letter on company letterhead to the Office of the Bursar through the link below.

Graduate Assistant (GA) Tuition Waivers: UConn departments are currently processing Graduate Assistantships. Once processed, the Graduate Assistant (GA) Tuition Waiver will then apply to your fee bill. Please note the tuition waiver only covers the tuition and not the remaining fees. Please set up GA Payroll Deduction after the tuition waiver applies to the fee bill and or login to make a payment by the fee bill due date to avoid receiving late fees.  

 

Graduate Assistant Payroll Deduction: Graduate Assistants who qualify and have a tuition waiver on their fee bill may use GA Payroll Deduction as a method of paying the student fees not covered by the tuition waiver.

Private Scholarships: Students receiving private scholarship can submit private scholarship letters through the link below. Fall private scholarship deferrals will be placed for October 1st. Spring private scholarship deferrals will be placed for March 1st. Please submit letters before the fee bill due date to avoid receiving late fees.

Title IV Waiver: By completing the Title IV waiver, federal aid can apply to miscellaneous fees such as but not limited to, UConn Sponsored Health Insurance, Husky Book Bundle, health service fees, Husky One Card charges, library charges and parking fines.  We cannot apply Title IV aid to these charges without the student's permission.

Upload Current Health Insurance to Waive the UConn Sponsored Health Insurance Fee: Full-time students are required to carry health insurance.  If the student is covered under another plan and they do not wish to enroll in the UConn sponsored health insurance plan, the health insurance waiver must be completed every year in the Fall semester by September 15th. Spring newly admitted students will need to waive health insurance by February 5th.  The waiver only covers one academic year at a time.

Husky Book Bundle (Fulltime Undergraduates): The opt-out portal opens at the end of July and closes on the 10th day of classes.

Setting up FERPA Designee: Student creates a 4-digit pin for parents/guardians who wish to contact our office to discuss student financial information.

Becoming an Authorized User: Allows parents and guardians to login to the Flywire payment portal to make a payment, enroll in a payment plan & download an invoice.

Setting up Delegate User: Student grants access to parent and or guardians to view the fee bill and 1098-T Form in Student Admin.
