Students, Faculty, and Staff have access to a real-time support bot while in a Collaborate Ultra session.

  1. While in a Collaborate session, click on the purple arrow button to expand the panel.
  2. At the bottom of this panel, click on the gear icon. Next click on Chat Support.
  3. You may now use the Chat Bot as help to resolve your issue.
