Administrators can view and print a transfer credit report in the Student Administration System. 

The Transfer Credit Summary reports which classes were accepted and rejected.

To view and/or print a transfer credit report, 

  1. Click the NavBar icon in the top right-hand corner.

  2. Click the Navigator button from the menu.

  3. Click the Records and Enrollment tab.

  5. Click the Transfer Credit Summary tab.

  6. If you have previously run a Search process, click Search to view your existing Run Control IDs.

  7.  Click to select a Run Control ID from the list of search results that display.

    If you have not yet run a Search process, add your EMPLID from the Add Value tab. 

    If your USER ID (in all capital characters) is the only option that displays, or if you wish to create another Run Control ID, click Add a New Value.

  8. From the Selection Criteria page, in the ID field, enter the appropriate ID, if available.

  9.  Alternatively, to select an ID from the Lookup List, click the magnifying glass icon to the right of the ID field.

  10. From the Lookup ID page, type the student's name into the First and/or Last Name fields and then click Look Up.

    Only the first 300 results can be displayed with these Search Results. Note the number of results displaying.  Click the View All link if not already selected.

  11. Click to select an option from the list of Search Results.  You will be redirected to the Selection Criteria page, with the ID field populated with the ID selected from the Search Results.  
  12. Click Submit.

  13. From the Selection Result tab, click Generate Report.

  14. Click the Report Manager link.

  15. Click Refresh until the report status is Posted.

  16. Click the Description link to view and print each report in Adobe Reader, as desired.
